Our Story

It all started around 2010 in Jersey City, New Jersey...

Back then the team sat in a cramped room at our partner's recently purchased house struggling to get 320NY off the ground.

No way around it - being a new entrepreneur was REALLY hard and there were some tough months.

Fortunately, we made it through the early years and learned a ton along the way. Now we all live in different cities throughout the US, but remain close friends who have always had a passion for making awesome things on the internet.

Over time we've learned how to convert our passion into a scalable business model serving over 400 clients!

The core principle driving us is to help small teams and startups create a business asset via their website (not just an online business card).

We've heard far too many horror stories about shady developers or unresponsive designers. We want to be the polar opposite of those people and show you what it's like to work with a different type of technology team.
